What began in my early adult years as a deep desire to support others through life’s challenges—whether navigating relationship issues, personal struggles, or unexpected hardships—naturally grew into a meaningful calling. Over time, that calling evolved into a passion for personal development coaching. To better serve those I work with, I pursued formal education in psychology, mental health, and human development, complemented by extensive independent study focused on understanding human behavior. This journey has been both personal and purposeful, rooted in a genuine commitment to helping others grow and thrive.
I hold an Associate’s Degree in General Studies with a focus on Psychology, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology-Pre Counseling . Currently, I am completing my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with the intention of achieving licensure by 2026.
I am legally required to disclose that I am not licensed as a Mental Health Counselor yet, and therefore, am unable to diagnose or treat specifically for mental illness. In such cases, I would be happy to refer you to one of the licensed counselors in our area or to virtual counseling services.
